If you have lost your credentials to in cloudpanel !!! The user/pwd you have saved no longer works and trying to reset it with the following command lead to an error:
clpctl user:reset:password --userName=john.doe --password='!newPassword!'
The error: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 cannot rollback - no transaction is active
Then
It seems the disk got filled. This leads this error
Please use df -H to check and verify.
